Refund Policy

At Ivory & Aura, we take pride in our work and want every guest to leave feeling vonfident and happy with their service.

Because of the time, products, and customization involved in our services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.

That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, we are more than happy to make adjustments or corrections as needed. 

Our Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services

  • If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment

  • Adjustments must be scheduled within 7-14 days of the original service and are provided at no additional charge

  • Corrections are based on the original service and consultation

This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our artists while allowing us the opportunity to deliver the best possible results.

Redo/ Adjustment Policy

Adjustments are intended to fine-tune the original result, not to change your service plan.​

  • Requests for changes that differ from the original consultation (for example, wanting a different color, length, or style choice) will be considered a new service and will be charged accordingly

  • Multiple redo appointments are not guaranteed

  • Services performed by another salon or stylist void our adjustment policy

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Cancellations made with less than the required notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% the total service price

  • Repeated late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings

No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as missing an appointment without notice.

  • No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service

  • Clients who no-show may be required to prepay or place a deposit before booking future appointments

  • Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions

Late Arrival Policy

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling

  • Late arrivals may recieve a modified service due to time constraints

  • Late arrivals are still subject to the full service charge
