About Me

Hey, I'm Lexy, and I'm the owner of Ivory & Aura. I've been a licensed cosmetologist for 13 years. I've been a Buffalo resident my entire life and wanted to bring the western lifestyle I grew up with into the modern luxury of my salon. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

 

A little background into my life, I grew up in Buffalo, spending summers traveling with my parents. I spent many of my childhood summers in Yellowstone getting to experience the wildlife the west has to offer up close and personal. When we weren't there, we'd visit my grandparents in Lovell where I got to "help" my grandparents on the family ranch. I mostly played with the animals or in the hay and irrigation ditch. Spending time with my other grandparents usually meant going to the desert in middle-of-nowhere Utah where even now you're lucky to get internet. After high school I went to Black Hills State University and realized quickly that school wasn't the place for me. I decided to go to beauty school at Black Hills Beauty College and later transferred closer to home to True Colors. I've tried several times to leave Buffalo, but am always brought back. I've accepted that this is where I'm meant to be and now we're here!
