By booking an appointment or recieving services at Ivory & Aura, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Booking

All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked through our approved booking system or directly with the salon. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept approved forms of payment as listed by the salon. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on consultation, service length, product usage, or hair condition.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during consultations

  • Disclosing previous chemical services, medical conditions, or hair history

  • Understanding that results vary based on hair condition, maintenance, and home care

Children & Guests

For safety and relaxation purposes, only clients recieving services may be permitted in services areas unless otherwise approved by the salon.

Personal Belongings

Ivory & Aura is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Any items left for 90 days will be donated to second-hand. 

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted in the salon or within our booking system and are effective immediately.
